Marinated Mushrooms and Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar Mushroom and Company Garlic Italian Mushroom
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. chervil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Directions

Mix all the ingredients, except mushrooms and parsley, in a large bowl. Refrigerate and cover overnight, stirring occasionally. Garnish with parsley before serving.
